SCOPE: The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: mitigation of water intrusion affecting classrooms and offices by patching wall cracks and spalls, applying liquid membrane flashing systems and elastomeric coatings, using joint sealants, replacing water-damaged or missing ceiling tiles/panels and performing all other associated waterproofing work. The estimated construction value of the work is $770,000.00 Subtrades include but are not limited to: Coating Removal, Concrete Repair, Traffic Coatings, Elastomeric Coating, Joint Sealants, Sheetmetal Fabricator, and Material Suppliers.
