CIVIL / SITE
SWPPP and erosion control; surveying; traffic control; demolition; excavation, trenching, shoring, backfill and compaction; rock removal; site utilities and yard piping; asphalt paving; fencing and gates.

STRUCTURAL / ARCHITECTURAL
Concrete, formwork and reinforcing steel; masonry; structural steel and miscellaneous metals; aluminum railings; carpentry and roof trusses; insulation, roofing, flashing and sealants; doors, frames, hardware, glazing, louvers and overhead doors; painting and protective coatings; signage.

PROCESS / MECHANICAL
Clearwell vertical turbine pumps; cartridge filter systems; ion exchange systems; chemical feed equipment and mixers; process piping, fittings, valves and actuators; pipe supports and insulation; plumbing and HVAC; equipment startup and field services.

ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS
Generators and transfer equipment; transformers, switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, MCCs and VFDs; raceways, wire and cable, grounding and lighting; instrumentation, flow meters, PLC/SCADA/HMI integration; testing and commissioning.

MATERIAL / EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS
Ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PVC/CPVC and ABS pipe and fittings; couplings; valves; electrical and instrumentation materials; BABA/AIS-compliant iron, steel, manufactured products and construction materials where applicable.

OTHER PROJECT SUPPORT
Temporary facilities; quality control and testing; equipment handling and rigging; hauling and disposal; cleaning; O&M manuals; training; startup, commissioning and closeout support.

PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND QUOTE SUBMISSION
Free electronic access to the plans and specifications is available upon request. Submit quotes to rricard@caliagua.netat a reasonable time prior to the bid date.
Project locations: Bernina WTP, 27166 Bernina Drive, Lake Arrowhead; and Cedar Glen WTP, 201 Cumberland Drive, Cedar Glen. Mandatory prime-bidder job walk: August 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM, beginning at Cedar Glen WTP.
This federally funded project is subject to prevailing wage, DIR registration, Davis-Bacon, DBE, Build America, Buy America (BABA), and American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, as applicable.
Caliagua, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must be bondable and possess a current contractor license, DIR registration, insurance and workers compensation coverage required by the contract documents. All quotes shall be based on the plans, specifications and addenda.
