Arcadis U.S., Inc. is seeking qualifications from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Other Business Enterprises, who meet the criteria outlined in the California State Revolving Fund (CASRF) Programs (Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA): Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services Master Contract Project No. RFP-VC-26-001 due April 14, 2026 by 3:00 pm. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP and no later than Friday, April 3, 2026.

We are  seeking qualifications for the following roles:
·       Senior Engineers
·       Resident Engineers (California PE preferred)
·       Inspectors for the following specialties:
            o   Electrical / Instrumentation & Controls
            o   Building
            o   Soils
            o   Concrete
            o   Rebar
            o   Masonry
            o   Welding
            o   NACE Coatings
·       Office Engineers
·       Engineering Technicians
·       Engineering Aides
·       Project Coordinators
·       Project Administrators, specifically  Labor Compliance / Funding
·       Permit Coordinators

Please email a Letter of Interest stating the interested role(s), brief qualifications of the staff member, and no more than two resumes per role demonstrating that the staff member meets  the required qualifications specified in the RFP for the services referenced above, and a copy of your DBE/MBE/WBE certification, if applicable.
