Tanner Pacific, Inc. is seeking qualified and certified MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE subconsultants and vendors to support our proposal for the:
Owner Advisor – Central Reservoir Replacement Project No. 551-26-01 Location: Oakland, CA County: Alameda Owner: East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) Proposal Due to EBMUD: April 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PDT Tanner Pacific is assembling a team to respond to the District’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engineering Consulting Services as Owner Advisor, supporting EBMUD through procurement and pre-construction phases associated with the demolition, abatement and replacement of the existing facility with three new prestressed concrete tanks, foundational improvements, a new rate control station, site grading and access, and landscaping improvements resulting with the facility’s removal from Division of Safety of Dams jurisdiction. We seek participation from certified DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, and DVBE in the following disciplines: • Geotechnical Services – NAICS 541380 • Public Relations - NAICS 541820 • Environmental Consulting - NAICS 541620 • Hazardous Materials Consultants - NAICS 562211-06 • Third Party Testing - NAICS 541380 • Data Management & Project Controls Support – NAICS 541611 You may email Tanner Pacific to request a copy of the RFP document.
