Sub Bid Requests
BEAM CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, is soliciting quotes from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified UDBE/DBE/DVBE/SBE/LBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as
RUTH ASAWA SCHOOL OF THE ARTS (SFUSD PROJECT NO. ID#12515) located at 555 Portola Drive. San Francisco CA 94131.
General Contractor bids are due to Owner on March 18th at 11:00 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: BEAM Construction is requesting sub bids NO LATER THAN MARCH 17TH, 2026 in order for bids to be considered.
Subcontractor/Supplier opportunities may include, but are not limited to the following: Roofing, Carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical.
