Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the 3135 San Pablo project in Oakland, CA. We are in receipt of the Permit Set and are currently requesting bid proposals from qualified subcontractors for Fire Protection. Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2026 online via the Building Connected website. The project consists of a new 6-story building to accommodate 72 units of Affordable Senior Housing at the corner San Pablo Avenue and 32nd Street. The building will consist of 5 stories type III-A over 1 story type I-A. The building will also have parking, offices, a community room, a second floor courtyard, commercial spaces, and site improvements. The existing building will be demolished.
