Chinese Immersion School at De Avila Mitigation of Water Intrusion Project

Project Location: 1250 Waller Street San Francisco, California 94117

The estimated construction is $1,000,000.

 
Bids Due: February 26th, 2026 at 11:00AM

The Project is described as: Mitigation of water intrusion at existing exterior wall surfaces and windows involving selective site demolition, cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls, replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wall coating systems, interior wood trims and painting, ceiling repairs, and including abatement of hazardous materials. This project will be implemented in two phases. First Phase period shall be during May 1 to December 30, 2026. Second Phase period shall be during May 3 to August 30, 2027.
