The scope of work includes but is not limited to; furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of cold plane, full-depth reclamation, placing and compacting hot mix asphalt paving, traffic handling, use of traffic control, portable changeable message signs, sign installation, pavement delineation and striping
