Garney Pacific, Inc. is soliciting sub bids from qualified MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE firms for the
Ladera & Winding Way Wells Improvements Project, WP #2, 60% GMP for Carmichael Water District. Bids are due February 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM Complete scope of work can be found in the specifications. We are requesting quotes for trades including, but not limited to the following: Aggregate Supply (327992) | Site Fencing (238990/444180) | Paving (238990/237310) | Concrete Supply (327390/327320) | Rebar Supply and Install (238120) | Steel Tank (332420/323312) | Pipe and Valve Supply (332911/332919) | Prefabricated FRP Structures (325211) | Electrical (238210) | Misc Metals (332999) | Metal Canopy (238120/332312) | Pipe Disinfection (332996) | Excavation and Site Work (238910) | Erosion Control (541330) | Instrumentation and I&C (334519) Visit https://www.garney.com/upcoming-bids/ for access to the bid documents for this project. Due to the funding requirements for this project, BABA requirements are in place. Garney Pacific, Inc. is a union contractor, all subcontractors on the project must utilize union labor. Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse Subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney Pacific unless the specific project contract documents have other requirements.
