SBE / MBE / DVBE / WBE / LBE / OBE FIRMS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE Rubicon Builders is seeking quotes from certified SBE, MBE, DVBE, WBE, LBE, and OBE subcontractors and suppliers for participation in the following County project: Project: Contra Costa County Demolition of Old Juvenile Hall Project Address: 202 Glacier Dr Martinez, CA 94553 Bid Date & Time: 12/3/25 at 2pm Bidder: Rubicon Builders – 535 W Napa St, Sonoma, CA 95476 Phone: (707)360-1717| Email: estimates@rubiconbuild.com Rubicon Builders is requesting sub-bids for all applicable trades, including but not limited to: - Demolition - Asbestos Abatement and Disposal - Chain Link Fencing - Concrete (Formwork, Concrete Reinforcement, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Shotcrete) - Metals (Structural Steel, Metal Fabrications) - Plumbing (Gas Piping) - Electrical (Electrical General Requirements, Electrical General and Basic Material, Electrical Power Distribution Study, Electrical Emergency Standing Engine Generator – Automatic Transfer Switch) - Earthwork (Earth Moving, Site Clearing, Utility Trenching and Backfill) - Utilities and Trenching (Subdrainage, Storm Utility Drainage Piping) Support for Certified Firms: Rubicon Build, Inc. will provide reasonable assistance to interested subcontractors, including: • Help in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and insurance • Breaking down bid packages into smaller components to facilitate participation • Providing project information and clarifications as needed Project Labor Agreement (PLA) This project is subject to a PLA that all subcontractors must agree to, a copy of the PLA can be found in the specifications. DIR Registration This is a prevailing wage job, and all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR. Construction Schedule Anticipated start date January 1st, 2026, Overall duration 365 days Plans, Specifications & Requirements: Project documents such as plans, specifications, and any addendums issued can be reviewed with the following link.
