On-Call Environmental Planning and Permitting Services

Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform environmental planning and permitting services for Valley Water projects and programs to ensure environmental compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and other state and federal environmental regulations. Consultant’s services will be requested on an “as-requested” or “as-needed basis” to assist Valley Water in accomplishing capital, maintenance, replacement, mitigation, and stewardship projects in a timely manner.Parties interested in obtaining a copy of this RFP may do so by accessing the Valley Water’s web portal at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/48397/portal-home.

All parties are asked to register on the Santa Clara Valley Water District Procurement Portal, PlanetBids, to be automatically notified of any changes to the RFP document. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. PT on November 4, 2025, as specified in the RFP Schedule. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted directly in Valley Water’s web portal at the link listed above no later than the date specified in the RFP Schedule.
