Bonding, insurance and any technical assistance or information related to the plans or specifications and requirements for the work will be made available to interested DGS certified, Small Business, Microbusiness, Small Business for the Purpose of Public Works, suppliers and subcontractors.  Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or services for this project will be offered to interested certified suppliers and subcontractors.
 
Plans are available for viewing through BuildingConnected after completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by Santa Clara Valley Water.  Please email norcal.bids@kiewit.comto have your company be able to receive the NDA, bidding information, Plans and Specifications.
 
Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for Subcontractors, and Supply Bond for permanent material Suppliers on this project.  Bond requirements can be waived on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Kiewit for more information. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit.
 
Subcontractors must possess & provide current California contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number.
 
Subcontractors and Suppliers will be required to execute Kiewit standard agreements and agree to Kiewit standard general terms and conditions.  Copies are available for review through our BuildingConnected site.
