PROJECT: La Familia Opportunity Center, Sacramento, CA All Trades 09/19/2025 To Bidders: The Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) is requesting final trade bids for: · All trades (EXCEPT Solar, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler) Trades/scopes shall be considered Final Hard Bid and are anticipated to be awarded on this round of pricing. Address:5900 Franklin Blvd Sacramento, CA 95824 Project Description: New construction of a 25,800 square foot nonprofit training center, single building to be built as (2) separate adjoining structures. - Structure 1 is a 9,054 square foot single story building, to include training rooms, training kitchen, career center, and administrative space. - Structure 2 is a 16,801 square foot two story building, to include mental health clinic and office space, administrative office space, and non-profit partners office space. Site development includes grading, paving, utilities, landscaping, site fencing, site lighting, and site furniture. Labor Requirements:This is a prevailing wage project. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union. Sub-Contracting Goal: a. Non-discrimination & equal opportunity contracting. b. Preference to subcontractors: (25% WBE, MBE, DBE). c. This a Buy America Build American Project. If you cannot meet this requirement please let us know ahead of time.
