WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES NEW CIVIL ENGINEERING MANAGER IN PHOENIX

 Matthew Kuehn Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Matthew Kuehn has joined the firm as Civil Engineering Manager in the Phoenix office. In this position, Kuehn is responsible for the overall growth and management of Ware Malcomb’s civil engineering services in the Phoenix office.

Jansen and Strawn are responsible for the leadership and expansion of civil engineering services firmwide.
Ware Malcomb’s Civil Engineering team specializes in land development projects, with a focus on efficient design practices ensuring successful project outcomes. The team has worked on office, industrial, healthcare, public, institutional, retail, restaurant, mixed-use, multi-family, residential and subdivision projects.
“Matt is well-positioned to lead our expansion of civil engineering services,” said Kevin Evernham, Principal of Ware Malcomb’s Phoenix office. “His expertise and team leadership will be an excellent addition to Ware Malcomb’s architecture and interior design services in Phoenix.”
Kuehn has over 19 years of experience in civil engineering management and design, including the development of comprehensive residential and commercial sites from feasibility through construction. His expertise includes grading and drainage design, utility design, stormwater management facilities, feasibility studies and erosion control for residential, industrial, commercial, senior living, apartments, hotel development, and general retail projects. He also has experience with numerous municipalities, developers, and national retail tenants.
Kuehn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas and Ohio, and is a member of the American Consulting Engineers Council and Society for Marketing Professional Services.
Earlier this year, Ware Malcomb moved to a new, larger office space located at 2777 E. Camelback Road, Suite 325 in Phoenix. The move accommodates the firm’s growing employee and client base in the region.
Ware Malcomb has been operating in the Phoenix market since 2006. The firm has worked on various project types throughout Arizona and the Southwest including office, industrial, healthcare, retail, restaurant and auto, among others.
