PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified LBE/DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/OBE
Subs & Suppliers to bid the DB 138 – Southeast Treatment Plant (SEP) Biogas Utilization Project in San Francisco, CA for the City and County of San Francisco. Bids are due September 6, 2024 @ 2:00PM (PT). PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts and establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that encourages and facilitates participation of DBE’s. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors and Suppliers are encouraged to contact PCL for insurance requirements, equipment & materials, or if any other assistance is needed. The project site is approximately 10,400SF and located at the South side of the Southeast Treatment Plant, 1800 Jerrold Ave. Near the corner of Jerrold Ave and Quinn St. Scopes needed: demolition, soil remediation, ground improvements, concrete foundations, cast in place concrete building, structural steel roof and framing, roofing system, HVAC, site security, underground utilities, plumbing, crane rental services, electrical, instrumentation, sound attenuation, mechanical equipment setting, exposed mechanical pipe installation, pipe fabrication, fencing, concrete curb & gutter, asphalt, striping, and signage.
