INVITATION TO BID SANGER USD NEW TEMPERANCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Bids are due Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 2:30 PM Swinerton Builders is Seeking Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliersto provide pricing (bids) for the Sanger USD New Temperance ES located at 1345 South Temperance Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727 Scope of work includes:A new elementary school campus, consisting of: (7) wood framed, slab on grade buildings, (1) concrete masonry unit, slab on grade building, (2) pc play structures, (1) pc play structure shade canopy, (1) pc photovoltaic support structure & related equipment, and related on-site and off-site development. Bid Packages (includes but not limited to):Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, Surveying & Staking, Final Clean, Concrete, Concrete Unit Masonry, Structural Steel Framing, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry & Sheating, Architectural Woodwork & Plastic Laminate Casework, Fiber Reinforced Polymer, Building Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing & Trim, Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Coiling Doors, Glass & Glazing, Portland Cement Plastering, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Epoxy Flooring, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Signage, Wall & Door Protection, Toilet Partitions & Bathroom Accessories, Flagpoles, Food Service Equipment, Curtain Wall, Window Shades, Site Furnishings, Wheelchair Lifts, Fire Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Earthwork, Trenching & Backfill, Asphalt, Striping, Fences & Gates, Landscape, Utilities, Photovoltaic System · Project Type: Prevailing Wage (no PLA/PSA) · Skilled & Trained Workforce · Bids are to be good for 90 days from bid date. Subcontractors are also encouraged to begin the Swinerton Prequalification process at:http://www.swinerton.com/subcontractors/subcontractor-prequal At Swinerton’s discretion, Swinerton may require a Payment and Performance bond and/or a letter of bondability from a qualified and accepted Treasury listed Surety within 48 hours of demand. Please provide bond rate together with single project bond $ limit for scope of work to be performed in your proposal.
