INVITATION TO BID SDSU ARC EXPANSION Bids are due Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM
Scope of work includes: The ARC Expansion will be an approximately 24,000 SF expansion to the existing ARC facility. This expansion will consist of approx. 17,000 SF of interior space, approx. 5,500 SF of outdoor covered workout space, and approx. 1,500 SF outdoor terrace. The two-story building will include open workout areas, one fitness studio, one interior stair, one exterior stair, and a three-stop elevator serving Levels 1, 2, and the roof. The project also includes construction of an approximately 21,500 SF parking lot across the street to replace the existing lot removed for expansion, as well as a new trash enclosure serving the ARC facility.

At Swinerton’s discretion, Swinerton may require a Payment and Performance bond and/or a letter of bondability from a qualified and accepted Treasury listed Surety within 48 hours of demand. Please provide bond rate together with single project bond $ limit for scope of work to be performed in your proposal.
