A CST Group Inc, dba Dynasel USA is requesting sub-bids and quotes from all qualified subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and truckers, including MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, LBE and DVBE firms, for:

LIVORNA PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, Contra Costa County Public Works Department, Authorization No. WW1103, 2615 Miranda Ave, Alamo, CA 94507.

Bid date: October 14, 2026, 2:00 PM.

Areas of work: construction staking/survey; SWPPP; traffic control; temporary and tree-protection fencing; demolition; grading, soil export and trucking; storm drain, sewer and water piping; bioretention; site concrete; asphalt paving; striping; site furnishings; playground equipment install and CPSI inspection; poured-in-place safety surfacing; synthetic turf; bocce court renovation; chain-link, tube-steel and welded-wire fencing; Keystone retaining walls; CMU and stone-veneer walls; shade structures; restroom plumbing, accessories, painting, anti-graffiti coating and epoxy flooring; site electrical and lighting; irrigation; landscape planting; water misters/spray play (Alt 1); steel shade structures (Alt 2); material suppliers.

They may also be viewed at Contra Costa County Public Works, 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, or obtained from the County Online Planroom (www.cccounty.us/cpmprojects). Prevailing wage, DIR registration and a Project Labor Agreement apply.

Dynasel USA will refer interested subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and truckers to bonding, credit and insurance resources upon request.
