Guadalupe Elementary School Boiler Replacement
(SFUSD Project No. 12523) Bid Due: 8/18/2026 2:00 PM The Project is generally described as but not limited to: Removal and disposal of one (1) existing steam boiler and all related electrical and mechanical items; installation of one (1) new boiler, vacuum & condensate pump system, boiler control panel and exhaust flue, etc; all associated electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous related work to complete the installation; testing and commissioning of the new boiler system to complete the project. Looking for abatement, electrical, low voltage, controls, and rigging subcontractors. The estimated construction value of the work is $250,000.00 United Mechanical is soliciting quotes from certified DVBE subcontractors for the Guadalupe Elementary School Boiler Replacement (SFUSD Project No. 12523) located at 859 Prague Street, San Francisco, CA 94112. Prime Contractor bids are due to the owner on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
