Project Description:
Contract No.1 – Wheatland Pump Stations and Pipelines This contract is
for two wastewater pump stations and associated pipelines to convey raw wastewater from the City
of Wheatland to the OPUD service boundary on Rancho Road. This contract may be split and
awarded as Contract No. 1A – Wheatland Pipelines, and Contract No. 1B - Wheatland Pump
Station, depending on bid options and prices received.
• Contract No. 2 – OPUD Pump Stations and Pipelines. This conveyance contract is for delivery
of raw wastewater from the termination point of Contract No. 1 to the OPUD wastewater treatment
plant (WWTP), and consists of two wastewater pump stations and associated pipelines.
• Contract No. 3 – OPUD WWTP Improvements. This treatment plant improvement contract
includes capacity, replacement and reliability improvements to extend the working life of the OPUD
WWTP and to treat additional flows from the City of Wheatland.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
