Rubicon Builders is requesting sub-bids for all applicable trades, including but not limited to:

Demolition
Concrete (concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete)
Masonry (glass unit masonry)
Metals (metal fabrications)
Wood, Plastics, and Composites (rough carpentry, plastic-laminate-faced architectural cabinets)
Thermals and Moisture Protection (preparation for reroofing, metal roof panels, polyvinyl-Chloride (PCV) roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants)
Openings (aluminum-framed storefronts, door hardware, power door operators)
Finishes (cement plastering, gypsum board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, resilient wall base and accessories, exterior paint, interior paint)
Specialties (Phenolic toilet compartments, toilet, bath, and laundry accessories)
Furnishes (solid surfacing countertops)
Plumbing (common work results for plumbing, hangers and supports for plumbing piping and equipment, identification for plumbing piping and equipment, testing, adjusting, and balancing for plumbing, plumbing piping installation, domestic water piping, sanitary waste and vent piping, sanitary waste piping specialties, sanitary drains, commercial water closet, commercial urinals, commercial lavatories, commercial sinks, drinking fountains)
Electrical (low voltage electrical power conductors and cabels, grounding and bonding for electrical systems, hangers and supports for electrical systems, conduit for electrical systems, boxes for electrical systems, identification for electrical systems, wiring devices, exterior lighting)
Earthwork (aggregate base courses, concrete paving for accessible routes)

Support for Certified Firms:
Rubicon Build, Inc. will provide reasonable assistance to interested subcontractors, including:
• Help in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and insurance
• Breaking down bid packages into smaller components to facilitate participation
• Providing project information and clarifications as needed

DIR Registration
This is a prevailing wage job, and all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR.
