Project Description: The scope of work includes but is not limited to; replacement of concrete, structural supports, platforms, grating, handrails, sump covers, pumps, motors, valves, pipes, lighting, and ventilation; installation of Metropolitan-furnished equipment; removal of mud and debris from the sumps; electrical upgrades; hazardous materials abatement; and other appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.
