Is requesting sub bids from Certified DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for: Guadalupe Elementary School Play Structure Project SFUSD Project No.: 12509 859 Prague St., San Francisco, CA 94112 Bid Date: April 23, 2026 Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. Trades Needed (but not limited to): Rough Carpentry, Demolition, Painting, Abatement, Paving Brief project description: The Project is generally described as demolition and removal of the existing play structure & rubber matting, removal and replacement of selected benches and relocation of existing area drain in upper play yard and re-grading the surrounding asphalt pavement. Included in the project is the replacement of existing drinking fountains with bottle filler on the first floor hallway. Modifications to selected toilet accessories in the student and staff restrooms and perform hazardous materials and lead abatement.
