• Project Description :The project is part of Peralta Community College’s goal to upgrade its facilities to foster a better environment for its students by addressing existing damages and safety concerns at the Laney College Student Center. The building will remain closed during construction. Renovations include replacement of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, drinking fountains, door hardware, lighting, exit signage, restroom plumbing fixtures, restroom tiles, restroom stalls, air-handling units (AHUs), reheat coils, new paint, installation of owner?furnished TVs, and fire alarm upgrades.
   
• Contract Time: 459 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed
  • Working Hours :Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00, PM Sundays and City Holidays: Prohibited unless specially approved
