Brief project description:
The Project is generally described as removal of the existing built-up roofing and asphalt shingles, roof drains, scuppers and overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and associated accessories. It needs installation of TPO roofing system and asphalt shingles with underlayment, installation of aluminum flashings, reglets and copings, sealants and associated roofing accessories. Projects also consists of miscellaneous rough carpentry works and hazardous materials and lead paint abatement
