INVITATION TO BID Project: West Pipeline Inspection & Rehab Project - Ph. 2A Project No. 95084002 Owner: Santa Clara Valley Water District Bid Date: August 20th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Engineers Estimate: $18,000,000 – 27,000,000 We are requesting quotes from all qualified SBE Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to: concrete material, pipe suppliers, storm water systems pipe suppliers, precast materials, electrical – building, erosion control, pipe lining, landscaping/irrigation, manhole rehab, tree removal/arborist, trucking, painting/coating, valves/water main/ temp facility. Project Description: Drain and remove water from West Pipeline, Perform work on the treated water transmission pipeline appurtenances at sixty-seven (67) sites, Furnish and install all materials to install new 48-inch piping and line valve, tree and grub removal, perform internal pipeline repair, prepare and coat all in-vault and exposed pipeline appurtenances and associated piping assembly components.
