Project Description: The Work shall consist of new construction of three (3) buildings containing fourteen (14) sleeping units, two (2) Multi-Family residential dwelling units, one (1) office building, one (1) trash enclosure, all sitework and all appurtenances. The work consists of providing and performing all work per plans and project manual including specifications.
