HUD Sec. 3 Business & MBE/WBE Subcontractors to participate in the bidding process for: Tri-Valley Haven 3663 Pacific Ave., Livermore, CA 94550 Project description: The project consists of new construction of three (3) buildings containing fourteen (14) sleeping units, two (2) Multi-Family residential dwelling units, one (1) office building, one (1) trash enclosure, all sitework and all appurtenances. The work consists of providing and performing all work per plans and project manual including specifications. Labor requirements: BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers.Davis Bacon andCA Prevailing Wage rate, Certified Payroll, DIR registration.
