REQUEST FOR CBE SUBCONSULTANT INTEREST
 
Cordoba Corporation is planning to propose on the following contract as a prime contractor: Los Angeles County Public Works -- On-Call Project Management/Construction Management and Related Services, RFP Number BRC0000576 (due June 12, 2025) and seeks qualifications from Community Business Enterprises (CBEs) in the following areas:
-   Commissioning services
-   Geotechnical testing and investigation services
-   Peer review services
-   Environmental services (CEQA)
-   Project labor agreement support services
-   Real estate leasing and acquisition support services
-   Land survey services
-   BIM services
 
Experience providing these services to the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is specifically sought. A copy of the RFP can be found at this link:

All interested and qualified CBEs should email a letter of interest to Rebecca.Kaiser@cordobacorp.com.  The letter should summarize your qualifications and include a list of specific and relevant experience.  Do not send general marketing materials such as brochures Also provide a copy of your proof of CBE certification.  Please respond no later than 06/05/2025.
