APSI Construction Management is currently accepting qualifications and bids from certified Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), and other Community Business Enterprises (CBE) who meet the criteria outlined in RFP for the following project:
Los Angeles County Department of Public Works On-Call Project Management/Construction Management and Related Services (RFP No. BRC0000576), due Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP and no later than Thursday, June 5, 2025.

We invite certified for potential subcontracting opportunities in the following disciplines: Value Engineering | QA/QC | Real Estate Leasing and Acquisition Support Services | Environmental Services | CEQA Permitting | Surveying | Geotechnical Support | Commissioning | Public Outreach | Project Labor Agreement Support Services | Labor Compliance | Other A/E/C Support Services

Deadline for submissions: Thursday, June 5 by 5 PM.

To be considered for the team, please provide the following items:
1. Letter of Interest stating the interested service(s)
2. Brief qualifications
3. No more than two resumes per service demonstrating that you meet all required qualifications specified in the RFP for the services referenced above
4. Copy of your LSBE/MBE/WBE/ DVBE and other CBE certification, if applicable
