Metals, Reinforcing Steel, Welded Steel Pipe, Reinforced Concrete Sewer Pipe, Pipe Supports, Stainless Steel Pipe, Painting/Coatings, Valves/Water Main/Temp Facilities. Project Description: The work includes but not limited to: Upgrades to existing Aeration Basins 1 through 4 including construction of new concrete baffle walls, repair of existing concrete and concrete joints, replacement of existing aluminum handrail and aluminum planking, replacement of the aeration diffusers and air drop legs, installation of submersible mixers, replacement of existing spray water piping, replacement of existing valves, and other miscellaneous improvements. • Construction of a new Aeration Basins Electrical Building to supply power to the new and existing equipment at the aeration basins. • Electrical and controls work including the installation of power distribution equipment, ductbanks, pullboxes, conduits wire, field devices and instruments and testing and integration of all new and modified equipment. • Civil work including replacement of existing paving and construction of new paved areas. • All other worknstallation of two (2) custom engineered non-clog vertical speed pumps, Pump units shall be complete with pump, electric drive motor and machine health monitoring system.
