Sub Bid Requests Pullman SST, Inc. (Pullman) is bidding the SFO- Central Garage 5th Level Resurfacing as a prime contractor and are interested in receiving proposals from qualified subcontractors and suppliers including but not limited to DBE & LBE certified firms, for the following items of work: (but not limited to) Surface Prep (Removing all the existing coating on the deck to expose bare concrete surfaces), Traffic Control Solutions (TCPs, changing phase, providing flagger and proper signages), Striping, Expansion Joints, LBE Material suppliers, and Plumbing Description of work: The scope of work is to waterproof and repair the SFO- Central Garage 5th Level Resurfacing Central Garage top floor, 5th Level, to preserve the garage’s structural integrity and maintain a safe concrete surface for pedestrians and vehicles.
