We hereby encourage responsible participation of local Small Business Enterprises/Local Business Enterprises, and solicit their contractor or materials and/or suppliers’ quotation for the following types of work including but not limited to:
 
CONSTRUCT CULTURAL PARK AND BEACH PARK COMPLETE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS IN THE PROVIDED DROPBOX LINK.  SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES SURVEYING, WATERLINES (LPW & RW), STORM DRAINAGE, SANITARY SEWER, LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, ELECTRICAL, CONCRETE PAVING, STRIPING, FENCING & PARK FURNISHINGS.
 
THERE WILL BE A NON-MANDATORY PREBID MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2024 @ 1:30 PM AT THE SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BUILDING 1, SUITE 216, TREASURE ISLAND.

DGC is willing to breakout portions of work to increase the expectation of meeting the SBE/LBE goal.
 
At our discretion, 100% Payment and 100% Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.  This will be a PREVAILING WAGE JOB AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT.  DGC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
