George Harms Construction Co., Inc. is preparing a bid proposal for the above referenced project.
Locations: Jersey City, Hudson County, NJ
Quotes from SBE vendors, suppliers and Subcontractors are being sought.
 
This project involves construction of New Road from St. Paul’s Avenue northward to the vicinity of Van Keuren Avenue including traffic control, road reconstruction, substantial utility relocations, traffic signals, drainage pipe, lined detention basins, seeding and plantings, milling and paving, striping, curb and sidewalk work, building demolition, bridge demolition, and disposal of regulated material.  Also, two new structural steel railroad bridges will be constructed to carry NJ Transit M&E Line and Wye Track over New Road.  These bridges will be constructed to minimize impacts to NJ Transit’s operations.  Several Overhead Catenary Structures (OCS) will be constructed and/or modified along NJ Transit’s Main Line.  A new DMS Sign and structure will be built along Route 1&9 Northbound in Jersey City
