Sub Bid Requests

Overland Contracting Inc. (OCI) will be issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) packages in support of Construction at the existing Kirkman Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 4070 S. Kirkman Road Orlando, FL 32811 a CMAR project for the Orlando Utilities Commission.

The furnish and install RFP packages available to bid include: Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Painting & Coating, Site Finishes. The RFP packages are scheduled to be issued May 5^th, 2023 with proposals due 10:00 AM CDT on June 12^th, 2023.

Firms interested in receiving RFPs are required to submit company name and contact information and RFP Packages of interest to Chris Vanlerberg at VanlerbergC@bv.com no later than May 26^th, 2023.
