Project Description:

The Project consists of but not limited to: a new sewer system, including 15-inch, 12-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch gravity sewer piping; 6-inch force main piping; 6-inch and 4-inch gravity laterals; 1 ¼-inch force main laterals; manholes; rod holes; cleanouts; and combination air valves. The Project also includes modifications to three existing lift stations, installation of two new package lift stations, and construction of one new lift station. Work further includes installation of small packaged residential grinder pump systems and abandonment of existing septic tanks. Additional improvements include installation of new aerators, aeration basin, blowers, and other miscellaneous site improvements at the wastewater treatment plant, as well as a new supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
