We are requesting quotes from all qualified SBE/MBE/WBE,DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to:
AGGREGATES, CONCRETE MATERIAL, SLURRY, PIPE SUPPLIERS, PRECAST MATERIALS, CONCRETE PUMPING/SEALING/STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL BLDG., EROSION CONTROL, FALSEWORK/SCAFFOLDING/FORMWORK, FENCING, HANDRAILING, PIPE LINING (CEMENT MORTAR), HDPE/PVC & PLASTIC PIPE, JOINT SEAL, MASONRY, REINFORCING STEEL, SHORING SUBS, MISC. METALS & STRUCTURAL STEEL, SURVEYING, SWPPP, FABRICATED WELDED STEEL PIPE & FITTINGS, STEEL CASING PIPE, FIELD PIPELINE WELDING, CRANE RENTAL, TRUCKING, ACCESS DOORS/ DOORS & HARDWARE, ABESTOS ABATEMENT, BLDG. MASONRY, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, PUMPING PLANT EQUIPMENT, HVAC/MECHANICAL, DRAINAGE PUMPING EQUIPMENT, PAINTING/COATINGS, ROOFING, HASMAT, GRATE, B-DECKING, VALVES/WATER MAIN/TEMP FACILITIES, SURGE CONTROL TANKS & COMPRESSORS.
Project Description:
The Project consists of but not limited to: furnishing and installing approximately 2,150 linear feet of 54-inch to
66-inch diameter steel pipe, furnishing and installing approximately 200 linear feet of 144-inch diameter steel pipe, installation of large-diameter Contractor-furnished valves, 54” and 145.5” diameter tie-ins, associated pipe fittings, four surge tanks, two valve vaults, air compressor yard structure, drainage improvements, various electrical upgrades, instrumentation and controls, piping systems, installation of Metropolitan-furnished 54” and 132” diameter valves, excavation of cobbles and large boulders, welding, disinfection, surface restoration, and other appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.
Project Labor Agreement is required on this project – We will not be listing any subcontractors for this project that are not affiliated with the unions from the Southern California tri-county areas.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.
