Project: · Everett Middle School Entry Portico Restoration · San Francisco Unified School District Project Number 12296 Location: 450 Church Street, San Francisco Bid Date: September 23, 2026 at 2 PM Approximate Construction Value: $200,000 We are requesting bids for the following trades: · Selective demolition. · Scaffolding. The project is generally described as: Restoration of decorative wall tiles at the entry portico of the school involving installation of wall tiles with mortar and grout, repair and patch of plaster and concrete wall finishes and application of elastomeric coating and sealants where applicable to match existing conditions.
