Sub Bid Requests SWINERTON BUILDERS LACCD EAST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE - FACILITIES M & O REPLACEMENT Bids Due: August 11, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Swinerton Builders is Seeking Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers to provide pricing (bids) for the East Los Angeles College Facilities M & O Replacement located at 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Project Description: Demolition of existing FMO buildings, including Plant Facility H9, Main Office K9A, and Plant Facility K9B, along with related site removals, utilities, equipment, trees, canopy structure, underground tank, fuel/storage items, lighting, and other associated improvements. Construction of a new 37,840 SF Type III-B, fully sprinklered, one-story Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations building with shops, offices, workshops, meeting rooms, lobbies, restrooms, a paint booth, and storage areas for IT, Shipping and Receiving, and FMO staff. These areas are for school staff use only and are not intended for student educational use. Site work includes hardscape, landscaping, irrigation, new security and vehicular gates, fuel tanks and diesel storage, roll-up doors, steel canopy, and a service yard dedicated to FMO use. Project Labor Agreement This project is subject to Prevailing Wage, (APLA) Amended Project Labor Agreement; goal of thirty percent (30%) participation by Local, Small, Emerging and Disabled Veteran (LSEDV) businesses.
