NOTICE OF FUTURE BID EFFORT – CBE FIRMS
OLIVE VIEW UCLA MEDICAL CENTER CONTINUUM OF CARE FACILITY

The project will be constructed at Olive View Dr., Sylmar, CA., for LA County Department of Public Works. 
This project includes construction of a ground-up building with 48 sub-acute mental health beds for adults. Design is forthcoming.
Scopes of work will likely include:

-        Concrete	-        Flooring and Tile
-        Steel	-        Painting
-        Metal Framing	-        Roofing
-        CMU	-        Glazing
-        MEP	-        Doors and Hardware
-        Fire Alarm	-        Elevators
-        Fire Sprinkler	-        Landscaping

 
The County’s CBE participation goal for the Warm Landing Place project is 25%.
Bids will be due sometime in Q3 2026.
