Sub Bid Requests Marinship Development Interest LLC 1485 Bayshore Blvd, Ste 201 San Francisco, CA 94124 Marinship Development Interest LLC is seeking qualified CMD-certified San Francisco Micro, Small Local Business Enterprises (LBE),and PUC-LBEs as well as MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers, for the following project: Project:General Engineering (A-License) Construction, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties (Hetch Hetchy) Contract No.: JOC-116 Owner: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Bid Date: April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM This is a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000, consisting of multiple task orders over a two-year term. The scopes of work include but are not limited to: Building / Moving / Demolition, Cathodic Protection, Earthwork & Paving, Electrical (including High Voltage), General Building Construction, General Engineering Construction, Lenel Systems Integration, Pipeline Construction, Pipeline Inspection (Remote Tools), Reinforcing Steel, Trucking & Hauling, and related civil work . This project includes a 16% LBE subcontracting participation requirement with CMD-certified San Francisco LBE firms (Micro and/or Small) and/or PUC-LBE firms eligible to meet the requirement . This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all applicable DIR compliance. Marinship Development Interest LLC is a union signatory contractor and intends to perform work in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements. Marinship is committed to supporting subcontractor participation and will provide assistance as needed, including: bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, and breaking down scopes to facilitate participation.
