This is a competitive bid for Plant Construction. CCSF Evans Center Modernization & Voluntary Seismic Upgrade Address: 1400 Evans Ave SF CA 94124 Plant Project Number: 2026035 Owner: City College of San Francisco Bids are due on 4/3/26 Project Description: The Evans Center Modernization and Voluntary Seismic Upgrade, located at 1400 Evans Ave. San Francisco CA 94124, includes structural seismic upgrades, a new roof, new windows, replacement of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning system, and renovation/reconfiguration of 69,616 sq ft of interior spaces. The project also includes site lighting, chain link fencing and gates, site restoration/improvements and an automotive spray-booth project under a separate DSA application. The work includes bathroom renovations, new structural shear walls & footings, an aviation hangar door, a shade structure, accessibility and fire-safety improvements. Phased construction in occupied buildings with strict schedule milestones. The project requires the payment of prevailing wages and requires Union labor per the Project labor Agreement (PLA).
