Brief project description:
The Project is generally described as demolition work, but is not limited to removal of existing metal roof and associated underlayment, roof insulation, gutters, downspouts and sheet metal flashings and trims. New Work, but is not limited to, standing seam metal roof, roof insulation, underlayment, gutters, gutter screens, downspouts, sealants, sheet metal flashings and trims, painting, and all other associated work to complete the job.
