Is requesting sub bids from Certified DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for: Administration & Academic Building Reroofing Project at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts SFUSD Project Number: 12515 555 Portola Drive, San Francisco, CA 94131 Bid Date: March 18, 2026 Bid Time: 11:00 a.m. Trades Needed (but not limited to): Rough Carpentry, Demolition, Painting, Electrical, Abatement, Concrete, HVAC Brief project description: The Project is generally described as removal and replacement of the roofs at the administration and academic building involving, but not necessarily limited to, removal of the existing built-up roofing, metal roofing, skylight, roof drains, scuppers and overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and associated roof accessories. Installation of standing seam metal roofing and underlayment & TPO roofing. Including the application of pedestrian traffic coating. In addition to the Installation of unit skylights, aluminum flashings, aluminum reglets and copings, sealants, and associated roofing accessories. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical works. Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement.
