REQUESTING SUB-QUOTES FROM QUALIFIED MBE, WBE, DVBE, OBE, SBE, and LBE SUBCONTRACTORS/SUPPLIERS/TRUCKERS FOR:
Grayson & Walnut Creeks Levee Improvement at CCCSD Treatment Plant County Project Number: 7520-6B8348 Owner: Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Location: Martinez, CA Engineers’ Estimate: $7,500,000 BID DATE: February 17, 2026 at 2:00PM All bid items are available to certified MBE, WBE, DVBE, OBE, SBE, and LBE firms, particularly these: Staking/Survey, Quality Control, Construction Area Signs / Delineator (Class 1), Traffic Control, SWPPP/Inspections/Sampling, Temporary Erosion Control – Silt Fence / High-Vis Fence, Permanent Erosion Control – Hydroseed, CIDH, Reinforcing Steel – Epoxy Coated, Fencing & Gates – Temporary, Permanent (BW,CL,Ornamental), Removals, Electrical, and Trucking. Granite Rock Company 'Graniterock' is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Carpenters and Cement Masons unions. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from a qualified surety company for the full amount of the subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Graniterock will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. In addition to bonding assistance, subcontractors are encouraged to contact Graniterock Estimating with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies, or with any questions you may have. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR number, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Graniterock intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
