Project Summary:
General work description: The work to be done generally consists of raising the western levee along Grayson Creek and Walnut Creek between State Route 4 to the south and BNSF railroad tracks to the north to increase the flood protection for the CCCSD wastewater treatment plant located in Martinez. Work includes placing and compacting levee fill, constructing concrete flood walls, reconstructing a concrete maintenance road, removing railroad tracks, replacing fence and gates, paving driveway conforms and adjusting and relocating various utilities.
 
Available scope for bid includes but are not limited to the following:
Survey, QA/QC, Traffic Control systems and components, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Clear and Grubbing, Earthwork, Demolition, Trenching, Landscaping, Aggregates, Paving, Concrete, Drilling, Reinforcing Steel, Utilities, Fencing and Gates, Imported Borrow, Materials, Trucking.
