PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/WOSB/SBE/SDB/SDVOSB/HUBZone/ Subs & Suppliers to bid the South Bay International WWTP Rehabilitation & Expansion PDB Project in San Diego County, CA for the International Boundary and Water Commission. The required work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws & regulations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, supervision, services, and coordination required to fulfill the scope of work. Only bids for the following scopes of work are currently being solicited: Pipe Materials, Process Equipment - Slide Gates, Site Work, Shoring, Dewatering, Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Fencing, Bypass, Concrete Demolition, Survey, QC Testing NAICS: 237110, 238910, 238990, 332311, 332919, 332996, 423830, 423840, 541370, 541380 Please direct your questions to lead estimator Shane Waldron - STWaldron@pcl.com / (602)799-3591 Project Description: The South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP) is a plant located in San Diego County, CA. The plant treats sewage originating in Tijuana, Mexico and discharges it to the Pacific Ocean. Located at the San Diego Field Office, SBIWTP is part of the U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC), a federal agency headquartered in El Paso, TX. PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts and establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that encourages and facilitates participation of SBE’s.
