NOTICE OF FUTURE BID EFFORT – CBE FIRMS
WARM LANDING PLACE FACILITY

The project will be constructed at 955 North Vignes St., for LA County Department of Public Works. 

This project includes construction of a 3-story, 15,000 square foot facility providing short term housing for recently discharged individuals from Men’s Central Jail.

Scopes of work will likely include:

-        Concrete	-        Flooring and Tile
-        Steel	-        Painting
-        Metal Framing	-        Roofing
-        CMU	-        Glazing
-        MEP	-        Doors and Hardware
-        Fire Alarm	-        Elevators
-        Fire Sprinkler	-        Landscaping

 
The County’s CBE participation goal for the Warm Landing Place project is 25%.

Bids will be due sometime in Q1 2026.
