Public Legal Notices REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES Under the guidelines of CA Public Contract Code 10510.4 – 10510.9, the University is seeking one (1) best qualified firm with experiences in healthcare facilities to provideConstruction Management Services to support NPC/SPC seismic, Material Testing and related projects at the UCI Health Community Network Hospitals. The best qualified consultant will provide construction management services for seismic & related projects in conformance of Structural and Non-Structural Performance for the four UCI Health Community Hospitals: (1) Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, (1) Lakewood Regional Medical Center, (1) Los Alamitos Medical Center and (1) Placentia-Linda Hospital. Services may include, programming review, estimating, scheduling, constructability review, design management, project management, preparation of bid documents, bid review, contactor outreach, construction administration, change order negotiations and project close out. Construction Management services will be authorized on an “as-needed” basis and are contingent upon project approvals, funding and the quality of services delivered by the design professional. Est.
