Interestedfirmsareinvitedtosubmita Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and a detailed FeeProposal(collectively “RFQ/PPacket”)asdescribedbelowofthe requestedmaterials with a cover letter addressed to: Oakland Unified School District Kenya Chatman, Executive Director of Facilities Department of Facilities Planning and Management 955 High Street, Oakland, CA 94601 The District will only accept a hard copy proposal along with a PDF version on a flash drive.
